Worst service ever. I had my mother in law applied for an overseas health cover as she was planning to come back to Australia as a tourist. Bupa deducted 170 aud the following day without her membership being finalized yet. Unfortunately we found out that her visa has been invalid. Bupa refused to give refund even though her cover wasn't supposed to start on the day of her arrival. I wish I've read other reviews first before proceeding with them.
