Money orientated with terrible customer service

Paid my deposit and had my insurance cancelled before the cover even started for them to not give me reason after just two days of paying. Took days to contact them with zero communication for then to finally get in contact to be told there would be a £50 cancellation fee despite it being within the ‘cooling off period’ and regardless of myself not even being the cancelling party. I am still awaiting the partial refund I am entitled to and have had yet again no confirmation or communication on the amount or when I should expect to receive a refund. Waste of time and money extremely unreliable had nothing but stress as they were happy to leave me short to a week to find other cover but had not provided me a refund to supply this cover, I feel exploited as a young driver and take advantage of would advise to stay clear just because it appears you're getting a good deal don’t be fooled as I was.
