Had Cruise Cover and Covid Cover within my policy. Once we got to Barcelona I was refused boarding on to the ship as they tested for Covid and I was positive. Avanti are refusing to pay my claim so current dealing with the Insurance Ombudsman. Be very careful to check that the cover you think you have is the cover you actually do have.
