I cannot register via the website to make a lost baggage claim. It just rejects my details. Tried calling the number: rings twice and hangs up. Tried emailing: no reply. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS HIDING BEHIIND THE VIRGIN BRAND. PATHETIC!
