Having tolerated atrocious service and attitudes from RBS in recent years I am overjoyed to have transferred to Virgin Bank as the staff are not only helpful they do truly make you feel a valued customer.

Aviva may not be the cheapest provider of car insurance however their product together with a call centre that actually employs knowlegable, courteous, helpful and professional persons that do indeed treat the customer not only fairly but respectfully.
