Shocking company. Started a policy to begin 2 days after paying for it. Got a call 4 days after start date to say that not all details are correct so they asked the same questions I answered when I applied, changed the answers against my will and charged me a tonne extra. No choice. Fast forward a week and I've just come home to a letter stating they're cancelling my policy because they "still require clarification on some of the answers I provides online". The letter was made 8 days ago and the policy ended yesterday. No emails, no calls to say this issue has been resolved in the meantime. No notice of this letter being sent out when they last called me. I've been sat on hold to the number in the letter for 15mins and still waiting. I could've ridden out today uninsured without knowing. Absolutely shocking service and robbing company. The only upside was that I got to ride my partners bike whilst waiting for mine.
