They are refusing to give my money back. I requested to close the account Friday morning at around 6am, we are now Monday at 16:32 and the online assistants keep saying to wait until the end of the next working day. This IS the end of the working day. When I pointed this out they cut me off from online chat. WHERE IS MY MONEY????
