Unable to access Web site

Sold my car and tried to advise Quote me Happy on Web site. Unable to sign in, changed password still unable to sign in. Had to send a complaint as no other way to contact. Received a reply saying all now cleared. Still unable to sign in. Cancelled my direct debit so this stirred them into action and threatened me with action if I don't pay. What a waste this company is without an alternative point of contact. Reviewed on: 9th July 2022
