Absolutely awful! Now known as Debt Movement, this company have treated me very poorly over the past 6 years.
I have explained how the IVA I entered into was under duress from an abusive ex who has now disappeared and left me to pay his debt for the past 3 years. They do not care, won't do anything about it even though most the debts are in his name, would rather let my ex continue his abuse of me than actually be helpful and let an innocent person pay off their abusers debt.
Customer service is awful, constantly being called and harrased because non of their agents can be bothered to read the notes on file.
Customer service has always been terrible but even worse now they've changed to debt movement.
Avoid at all costs! There are plenty of other company's that can help you and will actually help instead of trying to rob you and belittling you for years.
