Shocking service - still - if you have Barclays Premier

They make a song and dance about their 'Premier Banking' service. Might as well walk to a bank instead of calling them given it takes so long for someone to pick up. They love to block random payments. They also apparently charge people for Premier Banking when they have less than X amount with Barclays or their salary payments are less than Y. I can't imagine ever paying for this service. No perks either, which you get elsewhere. I'll be moving soon.
