Worth it if you can get a good rate

The process is very easy and straight forward, and they've got a really good online process for applying. If you are an existing customer you can find out what rate you will get instantly without a hard search on your credit record as well. Downside is the 1% fee Zopa charge on the entire balance. This needs to be factored into total repayment amount when making comparisons. Nonetheless I prefer the idea of P2P lending than large banks profiting. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

The process was automated, I definitely prefer this new breed of service suppliers (Monzo, GiffGaff, Zopa) who give far more control to customers, and allow us to easily do things we need to without having to interact with some incapable after 20 minutes of call centre hold music.
