Submitted numerous claims which the vet said should have been paid out, but they never paid out a penny. Their argument was always that the claim related to "Behavioral changes". If pets are ill, they behave differently, so this excluded all claims. Each time, the vet was shocked that they had not paid and suggested we complain to the ombudsman.
Don't expect a payout from this company and find one with better reviews.
