Brilliant, easy bank, modern, up to date and a great app which allows me to take control of my money. I travel abroad a lot too, so the fact that I can use my card for free is amazing.

Fantastic bank, great customer service, cash withdrawals abroad for free and I can also use my card abroad for free with a great Mastercard exchange rate. Perfect as I travel a lot.

The staff are always helpful and can answer my enquiries. The branch has plenty of staff available and they have machines for paying in cheques that is helpful.
