Had a straightforward decreasing term policy to cover mortgage borrowing. When we increased the mortgage borrowing we needed to increase cover. Our policy had the flexibility in it to change this to a level term plan and also to extend the term. The process was completed very quickly and the premium was very competitive.

Love the "Drive Plus" application that you can get with their policy which rewards safe driving and will also make you think more about driving safely as it becomes competitive and you want to achieve a high score

Moved my current account from First Direct to an interest paying current account with Nationwide. The whole process was completely pain free and all my Direct Debit, payments etc all switched over very swiftly and kept fully informed during the transition.
