I did use it until last month as my main bank. But since they keep refusing me for overdraft. I opened new account with natwest while they have a £200 offer. Monzo still stays my secondary bank. But if they keep refusing me I will close it down.

They interest rates a bit high but definitely better customers care then moneybarn. So I would definitely use them again in a future.

I had an old loan with 118. I had some financial issues in the past, so I went on IVA. That was ended last year in September. All problem starred when I asked 118 to update my credit file and close of the old loan account. Once I brought this problem to they attention since then I have sent in 6 different email stating I'm not on IVA. So they should block my card. I waiting for they final response and then refer the case to Financial ombudsman. Because they excuse doesn't wash with me.
