The insurance was easy to arrange and seemed fine while learning (although we made no claims). However, on passing they issued a £25 bill rather than a reduction in the premium based on the months not used (but paid for). Collingwood then very aggressive in pursuing that amount. There is no mention of this on their website at all, it is hidden away in the detail of the T&Cs that are not sent out at any point. Feels like awful customer service to us and a shocking money grabbing approach to young people. Cannot recommend at all.
