Was a starling customer from 2017 until late 2022. Nothing but issues with their app and customer service. CASS to another bank as I couldn’t take it any longer.

Support staff from Starling Bank were rude and abrupt. Was a Starling Bank customer from 2017 and had nothing but issue with my account.
Finally decided enough was enough and CASS away

Monzo is an easy banking solution everyone should have. Being able to fully manage everything from the comfort of your chair using just your phone makes banking not only easy but also enjoyable.
The new features of Monzo are also a bonus such as Flex and Trends
