A slight deterioration but still the best High Street bank in London

I like that the bank has much more convenient opening hours than their competitors,has free cash machines to deposit loose change and will quickly replace one's bank card immediately if the original is mislaid or disappointing that charges are now made on World wide transactions however Europe is still free. My only negative comments are that the standard of counter customer service staff has dropped a little and telephone conversations can be difficult as so many security details are needed ... a little too many I feel. But generally an excellent 4 star service. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018

Open when you need them!

Whilst I feel Metro's customer service standards have slipped a bit since last year the fact that they open their branches at times convenient to the customer and also do not charge on cash withdrawals in Europe they still get my vote! Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
