Recently tried to update my Vehicle insurance to business use. However every time I tried to make contact by phone, I was provided with an automated message that they were unavailable to take calls. I tried the live chat which was also unavailable. I finally managed to apply the alteration via their website and received an automated response with a date confirming when the changes would be made. This was about two weeks ago and I have still not heard anything and does not appear my policy has been updated. Very disappointed as I need the vehicle for work. I note it says they are a fast expanding company. Perhaps they should worry more about looking after their existing customers. Looking forward to my renewal date.
