I have had a terrible experience with a call handler called Jim today! I brought my cover over 3 months ago for 3 appliances, paid upfront! On Sunday I made a claim for the washing machine - loud drum & tumble dryer - leaking seal by the door, because I put the 16/08 instead of the 14/08 as an accident for the day of the fault, the company have told me I must get my own engineer to fix the fault to the drum! It was a simple mistake regarding a date of the fault! This company is clearly ripping people off! I wish I read the reviews before taking out the policy!
