Terrible customer service

Trying to insure a vehicle. Spent 20mins re confirming details and inputting card details for line to go dead. When tried to call back no one understood what was required and wanted to re confirm details (would have been a further 20mins. Very unprofessional call centre. Needless to say I didn’t carry this insurance through Reviewed on: 1st September 2022
