Getting the mortgage involved jumping through a lot of hoops that were not clearly laid out in advance, which was frustrating. It's not easy to overpay in a way that reduced the capital amount, nor is the provider very communicative. However, the regular payments are fine, and there have been no issues with spam or marketing.
