Paid £394 for one year multi trip, cruise and Europe for myself and wife. Approximately 2 weeks before holiday wife fell and fractured her shoulder making her unfit to travel. Put in claim, completed all relevant documentation, heard nothing. 3 days before we were due to travel for second holiday, informed they wanted £346 extra for update with regard arm injury. Funny how the new payment plus first payment equalled the amount they are expected to repay us. If not payed before our holiday, insurance will be cancelled
