Few issues but getting there

At launch, there were a few issues with the business account - but happily, they were solved expertly by Starling Jason Wilkinson Brown on the forums (now closed, grrr). If you ever have to deal with regular customer support for any issues larger than a password reset (and even then sometimes) you're better off writing down your problem, throwing it into the wind, finding it and burying it in soft peat for three months - it's not their fault, there's just no communication within the company... however problems are thankfully rare nowadays.
