Had several quotes for my car insurance. charged a more expensive price than my policy stated. Spoke on phone , what a surprise , agent couldn't load the relevant price page but said he would arrange a "goodwill gesture" for the extra charged. I am a pensioner , maybe they just thought this old fart wouldn't notice. How wrong they were. check your policy details carefully.
