I've been with virgin for over two years and they constantly amazed me with how they go out of their way to help. Whether it's following up on issues, helping to arrange things, or simply saying "leave it with me, I'll sort that for you" so I can get on with my day. They are 100% supportive of me and I would (and have) recommend them to everyone and anyone!
