Bank charge in error, then charged daily as the original charge took me over drawn on a new account. Tried to sort at a branch, but absolutely no ability in the branch to do anything. Awful, avoid

Been with Halofax many years and mostly bank online now. I have tried several other banks over the years, but the online facilities just aren't as comprehensive and intuitive
