Was told by many companies that I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage for the same amount to be able to move house. I desperately needed to move out of the area as I was experiencing domestic abuse from previous partners family. Luckily the Halifax gave me a mortgage, Caroline holland (mansfield branch) was brilliant and supported me throughout the whole process. Customer service and support were fantastic and the product was excellent at a fixed rate. Highly recommended.
