Twice they have blocked my card simply for PAYING THE BALANCE! Both times they said it looked like suspect fraudulent activity! Yes because clearing your balance is fraud. Twice u had the embarrassment of having the card declined at a shop with a queue behind me. And then the worst bit it takes ages to get hold of a real person when calling customer service. I will never use this card again and could never recommend it.
I was asked for an update here it is:
Emailed the email in the reply. No response! AVOID this company like the plague. There are much better options out there. It's all fine and well until something goes wrong and then you're hung out to dry.
