Always helpful when there is a glitch in their system. When new software at Santander resulted in my new address not being updated and important bank letters going astray the company offered me financial compensation and a fulsome apology.

I knew next to nothing about saving money with an institution and was both nervous and a little anxious about committing to such a step. Fortunately, Halifax led me through all the options and the ramifications and implications of choosing each one. Ultimately, they provided me with the product that was just right for me and I am very grateful to them.
