Been with Halifax for 30 years. Seem pretty much average on a par with most other high street banks. Good on-line App but it’s awful to see so many branches closed and closing as there’s nothing as good as a face to face chat with a real person

No nonsense company to deal with. Always friendly & helpful and prices always very competitive. Never put on hold for ages when phoning them always extremely efficient.
