Just changed my address on line with them, charged me £36. Expected my premium to go down but off course not stayed the same even though moving to a better area. Done the same and changed my address for my other car with a different company my premium reduced by half. Called them for an explanation, said there must be lots of car crime in the new address. Don't even try to cancel it, it will cost you a fortune £300 - £400 if not more.
Not happy at all with this.
