Coverwise direct me to AXA. AXA direct me to Coverwise.. endless phone calls getting nowhere. What should be a straightforward travel claim has taken so much time I’ve now given up. Opaque process, shockingly poor customer service (if you’re lucky enough to speak to a human, as opposed to an automated response). It’s clear this insurance company make money by having an inadequate claim system which puts customers off from claiming. I will be cancelling our travel insurance policy. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to share our experience to warn others.
