They send faulty products and will do the absolute minimum to assist anything you need help with! After 8 calls and on each time asking to up date my email address they failed to do so and offered absolute minimal help installing the Theo box and would not send anyone out to help. The prime example of corporate arrogance as long as they are ticking boxes for themselves.
