I would not recommend this company. I have been with them for a good few years now and had recommended them previously. However last year I got a new phone and with working constantly during then catching covid I forgot to update that I had a new phone. I continued to pay the premiums and when I was going over my policies I realised it was for the old phone. They wouldn’t let me update and then cancelled my policy refusing to then refund all the money I had paid. I have only claimed once in all the years I was with them.
