We have had our buildings and contents insurance with Rias for 5 years. We moved out of our property at the end of October into a relatives house so didn't need to take the insurance with us. They charged us a £60 exit fee even though our Direct Debit for November was taken in the sum of £20, which would cover us for a month we aren't even living at the property. Will never use this company again!
