When we lost our cat during surgery a few weeks ago I was worried about claiming and the process being difficult. I was very wrong, within days of receiving the claim it was all paid, my monthly payment adjusted and a condolences note through the post. In such a horrible time I couldn't fault the service at all. I would highly recommend.
