After buying their 'diamond' cover and needing to claim for the first time due to a cancelled flight, we have been informed that travel disruption is an add-on that wasn't included in our policy... It offends me that a company leaves out basic cover in it's most expensive policy and then refuses to pay out. It feels like a scam, and is really disappointing. Have put in a complaint but currently the interactions have been very 'computer says no'.
