Do not use this car insurer. They use several other companies to deal with their claims. I had an accident and needed repairs to the rear of my vehicle. This happened in October 22, it is now January 2023 and still no one has collected the car to even begin the repairs! They use enterprise rental car company as their middle man who obviously are making a fortune out
Of renting replacement cars out and it’s in their interest to do that for as long as possible. All the while our (everyone’s) premiums go up. Enterprise have been useless and organising a repair company- total shambles.
All companies are impossible to talk to and have 45 minute waiting times.
