I generally use my credit card for everyday spending and pay off in full each month to enjoy the clubcard points it generates. I very good bonus

I mainly switched my current account to m&s due to their switching incentive which was excellent. £100 gift card which is topped up every month with £10 if I deposit £1000 and have 2 direct debits coming out. I've loved having the extra money to spend in their simply food shops!

I opened an everyday saver along with my first account. Whilst the interest rate started off good, it soon dropped. However the customer service has been excellent.

We switched to Halifax fixed rate mortgage 2 years ago when remortgaging. They were by far the best rate we could find and we have not had any trouble with them. Would definitely recommend.
