I’ve never made a claim before so when i did make a claim for a cable end damage where water has got through to my walls inside they said it’s maintenance and building insurance don’t cover it, but said they can cover internal because i have accidental damage. To now be told I’m not covered internally as it only happens when it rains and it’s not a one off accident, what’s the point in having cover
