When the Water Board tell you you have a leak and give you 30 days to fix it and don't help you find the leak, you ring them up three times and they say" Go through your House Insurance, that's what it's there for" ?Your turn desperately to your insurer. (Policy Expert) and they refuse to help" Because the leak can't be seen!"! Not what their Policy wording says!

When you have an issue with a purchase that goes wrong and you think you are covered because it cost more than £100 think again you might be drawing your pension by the time it's resolved one way or the other!

I have to say i quite often try and chase better deals using well known websites but 9 times out of 10 i end up with Policy Expert because they are easy to use and uncomplicated.
