They automatically renewed my Health Insurance and withdrew the money from my account. I called them to complain, they apologised and promised me a refund in the next 5 working days, which I never receieved despite my continious calls chasing it 6 week later, I still haven't receved my money. The worst part is some of their advisers teated me like an idiot sometimes or a crook other times.
