Ive been with Natwest since 2008 and find it very easy and intuitive to navigate through their online and mobile app platforms. Cust services always very helpful over the phone and at branch too. Excellent experience overall.

I hold 2 investment products with L&G and find it easy to navigate through my products using their website and they also give me the option to change my assets or strategy via their website. Overall great services and they could offer an app for the clients to navigate and make changes to products too.

I’ve been using Nutmeg for a few years and find it very intuitive and easy to navigate through their mobile and website. Their customer services are very good and responsive and fees are not the higher in the market for the services they provide. Overall good experience.

InvestEngine offers a very easy to use platform and mobile app. Their DIY option makes all the difference for me as I can choose my own ETF’s and there are no admin fees for the DIY option. Excellent cost-benefit option for me. Only change I’d recommend is that InvestEngine could allow for instant trading so I could benefit of the instant/real-time pricing to buy and sell assets. Overall very good experience using InvestEngine.
