awful. stay away from them. Incompetence at its finest.

They blocked my account for lack of documents that they didn't ask for in the first place. Took my 4 trips to the branch, more than 10 calls to customer support across more than 20 days to get it resolved. Once this was solved, any sizeable transfer to another account in my name will block my account again, so spend more time on the phone with customer support to unlock it. They're absolutely incompetent, no idea what they're doing. I'm leaving them as soon as I can.
