I have been banking with Co-op for over seven years and have never had such good customer service from any company (a rare commodity in recent years!). Their telephone reps are always amazingly helpful and polite and the online banking service is very easy to use. When my bank card was fraudulently used some time ago, they were extremely quick, helpful and efficient in resolving the issue. Also, they were one of the first UK companies to have an ethical stance in their business dealings. This bank deserves much more praise and customers.
