Not sure what is going on with this bank...

Applied for a credit card in which I get 10k points if I spend £400 within 2 months. Card didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Called and had to hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone. No reason given why card hadn't arrived, just told it didn't appear to have been ordered. So, now I have less time to spend the £400... not great. Then tried to apply for a savings account via their app but couldn't as my address details needed updating. Sent a message and was told I had to call them (message received over a week later by which time I had opened a savings account elsewhere). Ordered my husband a card. Received a message asking for further info. At no point does the app tell you that you have a message as there's no notifications so I just assumed there was an issue and ordered it again. Only by chance did I check my messages. Not a very good way of doing business Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Good bank complaint resolved to our satisfaction

We applied for a mortgage with Lloyd's and got offered a fantastic rate (just before they all went up). After paying the product fee we were informed we couldn't have the rate as our mortgage needed to start 1 day later. Made a complaint and it was resolved (we got the rate, seller had given us wrong info) and it was resolved quickly so very happy in the end. Informed the mortgage advisor would undergo training. Quick, easy place to help with savings

Quick and easy to set up and the emails with best rates means that you get the best rate at all times. Very happy and will continue to use going forward. May even consolidate all my savings here eventually once my other rates have ended. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
