Moved savings due to a gewat interest rate offer, but i find it unfortunate the company don’t offer an app which would make it much easier to regularly check my balance

Have been a customer for nearly 25 years. Also have accounts with other banks (for the benefit of interest rates) but have kept my current account with NatWest as app functionality is fab and i’ve always had amazing customer service. Long may it continue!
