Dial Direct claim line does not pick calls

We have been trying to contact Dial Direct after an accident to arrange recovery. They picked the call on the third day after the accident. We are on hold for at least 1 hour plus with each dial intermittently throughout the day. We are unable to concentrate because they don’t pick their calls. After the accident , we spent at least two hours waiting for them to pick up the call, we had to call a recovery service to recover the car. They picked the call on Sunday morning and since then we can’t get through to them to discuss the recovery of our car from the service that we used due to their lack of communication..
