The after loan support is disgusting non helpful asking for my gurantor medical records as states I can’t make the payement for 1 month can I defer adv the guarantor is in hospital after major surgery they said they need to speak to them and see the medical records adv it is one month. Steer clear from this company as asking for records is against the law
